Non-Borzoi at Soyara

Our lives have also been enriched by several other hound breeds. Although we’re no longer active in these breeds Prudence has owned and finished Greyhounds and back in the 1970's handled Crown Crest Afghans.  

Recently we had a Whippet, Boomer (Insight’s Lightning Crashes) who died far too young.  Prudence has also finished PBGV's, one of which (Ch. Ivytree Secret Agent) was a specialty winner and nationally ranked, another (Ch. Ivytree Winter Thyme) nationally ranked.  Michelle successfully handled Thyme to #2 Junior in the nation for the breed and Best Junior at the PBGVCA National Specialty in 1994.   

The true rulers of our household and all Soyara Borzoi are our rescue cats Sasha (left), Kiri (right) and Fluffy (below).
